Arrival/departure: The rooms are available starting from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the room within 12 am on the day of departure. On request we can offer also a delayed departure for a surcharge of EUR 30,00.

Terms & Conditions:
- for bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- for bookings cancelled 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: we charge 30% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: we charge 60% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 6 days prior to arrival or early departure or no show: we charge 80% of the booked services
