Arrival/departure: The rooms are available starting from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the room within 12 am on the day of departure. On request we can offer also a delayed departure for a surcharge of EUR 30,00.

Terms & Conditions:
- for bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- for bookings cancelled 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: we charge 30% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: we charge 60% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 6 days prior to arrival or early departure or no show: we charge 80% of the booked services

Early booking:
With a minimum stay of 7 nights:
- Book at least 60 days before your intended arrival and receive a discount of 20% on your stay and for bookings made no later than 30 days before arrival you will receive 10% discount.
- Conditions: 50% prepayment, not refundable and taking out our travel cancellation insurance
- Excluded periods:
Summer: from 4th August to the 25th August 2024
Winter: from 22nd December 2023 to the 7th January 2024
and from 4th February to the 25th February 2024
