Terms & Conditions:
- for bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- for bookings cancelled 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: we charge 30% of the booked services;
- for bookings cancelled 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: we charge 60% of the booked services;
- for bookings cancelled 6 days prior to arrival or early departure or no show: we charge 80% of the booked services.
Special cancellation conditions because of COVID-19: free cancellation until the day of arrival and everytime during your stay, exclusively with travel restrictions by the Governments. In these cases, however, the deposit will not be refunded, but will be credited to you for a new future stay.
Illness Covid-19 is treated like any other illness. With our travel cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip travel cancellation insurance, with which you are completly covered.
